Area Aggregates' Ohio EPA Permit Application


The Ohio EPA has cancelled their virtual public meeting entitled

“Public Meeting: Area Aggregates Wastewater Discharge Application

(Sandusky County)” that was scheduled for July 20, 2021.

The receipt of application hearing for Area Aggregates has been rescheduled.

The hearing is scheduled to take place at

6 pm, Monday, August 16, 2021

at Woodmore High School, 633 Fremont St., Elmore, Ohio.


Area Aggregates/Olen Corp. has applied for an antidegradation permit from the

Ohio EPA for the increase of discharge water to Sugar Creek

from 0.57 MGD to 1.5 MGD (million gallon discharge).

Woodville Township on behalf of the Woodville Township Volunteer Fire Department is accepting sealed bids until 7 pm, Wednesday, August 4, 2021 for a 1,500 GPM 1,000 gallon Pumper Truck.

The bids requested are in accordance with plans and specs as adopted by the Woodville Township Volunteer Fire Department. All bids received according to the specified conditions will be publicly opened at 7 pm, August 4, 2021 at the Woodville Township Volunteer Fire Station which is located at 321 E. Main St. Woodville, OH during the Township Trustee’s meeting.
